Annual Fund Campaign
UW-Sheboygan's Annual Fund Campaign, which was first launched in 1999, solicits annual donations from local businesses, residents and alumni. These donations serve as the backbone of the Foundation's giving program -- providing flexible funding that allows the campus to respond with agility to the challenges of a changing environment.
A major part of the Annual Fund each year is the publication of the annual Advocate newsletter, which is mailed to all Foundation donors and other interested area residents. The Advocate strives to keep donors -- many of whom are busy business owners or relocated alumni -- updated on campus events, student achievements, new fundraising events and more. A donor pledge form is included in each issue. Those included on the Foundation mailing list also receive a second mailing in November that serves as a reminder for that year's Annual Fund campaign.
Scholarships and Giving
Unrestricted gifts to the Annual Fund support the Foundation's efforts to provide student scholarships, professional development funds, new technology, campus equipment repairs, as well as other important assistance that helps create the margin of excellence at UW-Sheboygan.
