One scholarship is reserved for a minority or underrepresented group within the student population or for a woman in a nontraditional area of study; awarded to students pursuing the following areas of study: Engineering, Agricultural Education or Agribusiness, or Environmental Studies. Continuing students must be full-time students with a minimum GPA of 3.0 with 12 or more credits. Scholarships will be awarded to either new or continuing students. Preference shall be given to students showing financial need, and students that furnish proof that he/she or his/her immediate family is a customer of Alliant Energy. |

A minimum of 2.5 GPA is required to receive the scholarship for a second term. Renewal for a second year is possible. A minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA is required to receive the scholarship for subsequent terms. |
