Placement Testing

You will be required to take the UW System English and mathematics placement tests prior to registering as a new student, unless you already took the placement tests. Students whose scores on the English or mathematics placement test fall below institutional cutoffs will be considered high-risk students and may be required to participate in special programming and orientation. Students may also take the Foreign Language Placement Test, upon request.
